As of now, we do not support Cash on Delivery option.

Yes. We offer you the convenience of using your Bank & Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The minimum time for delivery of the product would be 5to 7 working days. It may differ from one item to another and on the address it is shipped to. We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship items via Government Registered Speed-post.

What to do in case of Duplicate transaction for the product purchased?
If the Customer is found to have paid twice for one product then the customer will get refunded for the duplicate transaction, which may take upto 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pin-code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.
How much are the delivery charges?
Nidhihandmade.com provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs. 900/- or more. Otherwise delivery charges us based on your location
Refunds & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This will take 10 to 12 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
